Commercial Vendor Information
It’s time to start thinking about the Payette County Fair, which will be held Aug. 5th - 8th, 2015. Commercial Booth spaces are rented on a first-come, first-serve basis. Fees must accompany the contract, as well as a copy of liability insurance. Permanent booths are renewed with payment. Both inside and outside booth space is available. Booth placement is at the discretion of the Fair Secretary. Call the office to inspect the building, booths and/or outside space.
Inside booth size is 9’ 6" X 10’. An electrical outlet and ceiling light are in each booth. Portable display partitions are between each booth. Booths need to be set-up by noon on Wednesday, Aug. 6th, before inside exhibit judging begins. Building sitters will be on duty during open hours, then the buildings are locked at other times. Building hours are Wednesday 5 p.m. - 10 p.m. and Thursday - Saturday 10 a.m. - 10 p.m. Vendors may not close down until the buildings close each night. Please remove all tacks, staples, etc. during clean-up.
Food Vendor Information
Food Booths are rented on a first-come, first-serve basis, except permanent food booths owned by non-profit groups, which are reserved. All rental fees must accompany the contract, as well as a copy of liability insurance.
